This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the conditions under which DiGiQi Solutions offers no refunds and handles cancellations for our cloud-based application and services, available through www.DiGiQi.in.
DiGiQi provides cloud-based software services on a subscription model. Once a subscription is activated, the service is deemed to have been delivered in full.
We generally do not provide refunds after a subscription has been activated. However, we may issue a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

We do not offer refunds or credits if you decide not to use the service after purchase, or if you fail to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

If you are mistakenly charged multiple times for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
