2. No Refund Policy
After the 30-day trial period ends and a paid subscription begins, we do not offer any refunds, either full or partial. This includes scenarios such as:
- Failure to cancel the subscription before the billing date
- Unused service periods
- Change of mind after purchase
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your DiGiQi dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged in the next cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the active subscription.
