1. 30-Day Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. You may cancel your subscription at any time during this trial period without any charges. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and charges will apply.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription by:

• Logging into your DiGiQi account and navigating to the billing or subscription section
• Or emailing our support team at support@DiGiQi.in with your cancellation request

3. Timing of Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. If you cancel after the billing cycle has started, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current cycle, and you will not be billed again.

4. No Refunds

As per our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription period once payment has been processed.

5. Account Termination

Once you cancel your subscription, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account may be downgraded to a free or limited-access version, or deactivated depending on your plan.
